Charley Chau makes beautiful bedding for dogs that look gorgeous in your home. An award-winning small British business, we focus on designing luxury dog beds and blankets that are cosy, stylish and practical, and made to perform over time. Comfort for our canine customers is paramount, as is styling for our human customers, and we design to a mantra of ‘machine washable everything’. We set out to make the most beautiful dog beds in the UK and we’re proud to say that we now have customers in over sixty countries around the world.

“I recently purchased the raised wooden dog bed, day mattress and fleece blankets for my chocolate Labrador Seamus. He absolutely loves his new bed as it is extremely comfy and large enough for him to lie flat in. It also looks very stylish in our home.”

“Disappointed. Wrong size sent (twice too small) and the shipping to return is more expensive than the cost of the collars.”

I’m so sorry that you were disappointed with your order. We looked back through all of the emails that were exchanged at the time. It’s such a shame that the first collar that you ordered was the wrong size which meant that while we made and sent the exact size that you ordered, it was not suitable. We did offer to have another collar made for you as an exchange but as the shipping to return the collar from overseas was expensive you decided to order another one rather than return the original collar. We shipped the second collar ordered with another item to ensure that we minimised your shipping fees too but were not aware of any further problems with sizing. If we have made an error we will, of course, do as much as we can to rectify the problem so if there was a problem with the second collar that we sent to you please do let us know and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. “Must say my whippet bed is worth every penny ,Lenny loves it so much I don’t get a chance to wash it. Excellent quality washes really well,I’d recommend spending that extra cash”

“Our spaniels love the deeply dishy dog beds. They are happier in their beds than on the sofa! We add the luxury faux fur blanket in the winter. Everything is machine washable which is brilliant. They are great products.”

“Out on a walk with our 4 month old whippet we were recommended this bed by a fellow whippet owner, so we took the plunge and ordered it. Our little pup absolutely loves it. I was worried that he wouldn't work out how to get under the covers but he soon did. He used to take up about 4am from feeling cold but not anymore. This is his bed and he has made it his home. The only downside is that it won't fit in the washing machine and the spotty cover is not removable so although it says washable you would have to have a huge washing machine to fit it into.”

In terms of washing the bed, the outer cover can be removed, there is velcro on the bottom of the bed allowing you to remove and wash the cover. “My Jack Russell loves his new bed and was quick to learn how to snuggle under himself. The bed was expensive but its of high quality. When I placed the order, it was delivered within 4 days. If you want to treat your four legged best friend, then I would highly recommend Charlie Chau.”

“There is a real joy of finding a brand on instagram and then meeting them in real life at the Spirit of Christmas Fair. I loved hearing about their story. Their beds are amazing - so good in fact that if I could fit into it, it's exactly where I would sleep, the faux fur throw - i can see that the dog will win but secretly I want it for me.
