An award-winning small British business, we focus on designing luxury dog beds and blankets that are cosy, stylish and practical, and made to perform over time. Comfort for our canine customers is paramount, as is styling for our human customers, and we design to a mantra of ‘machine washable everything’. “Beautiful luxurious mattress, unfortunately too large & thick for my pooch. I had problems with Parcelforce returning the item, thankfully Chloe at Charley Chau was amazing. Parcel finally delivered & refund processed. Highly recommend”

“Super quality bed and the doggo likes it! The side bolsters are softer than I'd imagined though based on online photos (where they look firmer) and squash down with use...so not the aesthetic I wanted.”

“My dog Alfie loves his new bolster bed. The mattress is perfect for him - he can relax without feeling the floor underneath. He loves the feather bolsters and often sleeps with his head on them - a pillow. Highly recommend - the best bed we have had.”

“We've bought two blankets from Charley Chau now for our two dogs. The double fleece is so thick and cosy and great for the back of the car, they both lie straight down for a nap. The faux fur blanket feels so luxurious and both of them love it. The service from Charley Chau has been fantastic and they are really quick to respond and sort any issues straight away. Will definitely purchase again!”

“Jenny was incredibly helpful giving advice when I was trying to find a cover suitable for a short haired dog that sheds hair a lot. I am extremely happy with the velour cover that I ended up buying, it's perfect...soft, seems like it will be hard wearing, but also easy to keep hair free and clean. Great service thank you.”

“Our two whippets love these beds. Although the small one hasn’t quite got the hang of getting in on her own yet. We’ve got a number of these beds now. The oldest we’ve had for 2 years and has lasted well. Worth the investment.”

“It was an absolute pleasure to order from Charley Chau. The customer service is personal and second to none. I ordered the medium for Tippi, the Parson Russell Terrier and it turned out she didn't quite need the super-king size ! The small version arrived within days of my returning the original and she is now firmly ensconced !”

“Amazing beds - so well designed for the dogs comfort and exceptionally well crafted… they are worth what you pay for them. After the first one (the snuggle bed) was such a hit - we bought bought a second for sitting room (the ducky donut)…. Can see us getting a third at some point for the office….”

“This is our second Charley Chau bed. This time size small and with waterproof covers. Just fabulous as our first large one. Immediately used and loved. We also bought waterproof covers for the large bed as we noticed the cushions inside get very dusty. Our large dog is very fluffy and she brings in lots of dust and even frequent vacuuming of the bed is not enough. The waterproof covers actually hold the shape of the large bed and the sides do not get squashed easily. Easy to wash, looks like new after a wash. Also the covers dry quickly. The dogs are both seniors and they used their new beds more frequently compared to their old ones. They stopped going on the sofa and rather go into their bed which is more comfy.”
