An award-winning small British business, we focus on designing luxury dog beds and blankets that are cosy, stylish and practical, and made to perform over time. Comfort for our canine customers is paramount, as is styling for our human customers, and we design to a mantra of ‘machine washable everything’. “This was my second purchase of a replacement snuggle sack cover after the original had finally worn out after many years of use, just goes to show how well made and durable the products are. Well worth the investment. Upon ordering I made a mistake when entering the delivery address a quick email to Charley Chau rectified the error swiftly and my order was received the next day. Fabulous service.”

“My terriers just love these beds. We’ve had several over the years. Great that they can be washed so easily and spare covers are so practical. Beautifully made, and even though they’re not cheap, they are totally worth the expense.”

“This bed is worth every penny!! Our whippet Anya loves it and has been obsessed with it since day 1! She has destroyed other beds and preferred to be on our bed or on the sofa previously but now she often takes to sleeping in this bed during the night which is unheard of before. It is exceptional quality and looks really chic like a nice piece of furniture in our flat. She has tried to bite and rip it but she has been completely unsuccessful! It's really been a huge shift in her sleeping habits and relaxing and she is so happy in it. 10 stars!!”

“We love our little Charley Chau collection - we were so impressed with Mac's weave bed that bought a velvet version for the back of the car! All the fleeces wash well, they look as new every time. The weave bed also washes well and has kept its shape (we fold it just like in the video 😁). Our latest addition was a gorgeous faux throw - it's so soft we want one for ourselves! 😆 Everyone at Charley Chau are so friendly and helpful and provide a swift service.”

“The Deeply dishy dog bed is a lovely, quality item… very plush, with a deep supportively soft cushion insert into the bed with low cushioned sides. The sides are not firm, so I thought they 'flopped' a bit. In the end I couldn’t keep the item because the crate in which I wanted to put it was only just too small. I could squeeze it in, but not the dog as well! There was no problem in returning it (at my own cost) and the price of the bed was refunded without quibble. Customer service very friendly and helpful.”
