“Ordered an item as a Christmas present. As I live in the highlands the usually parcel company Charles Hobson use were unable to deliver. I was really impressed that I had a personal email to confirm that my order would still be delivered but via Royal Mail. It arrived 1/2 days later in perfect condition. I hope my sister will be as happy when she receives it at Christmas but I’m certainly pleased with the great customer service I received. Thank you.”
