“Poor delivery service. Free delivery advertised on the website, but was not available for the product I bought at check out. Paid for express next day delivery, but despite being in all day DPD sent a missed delivery email. Product was delivered the next day marked 'fragile' in a box that had been squashed and ripped open.”
