“Happy with the speed of delivery and quality of what ordered but a 10% discount that was shown on the website was not applied. The item cost £145 but when code was applied it was stated that the code had already been applied. This is misleading.”

Hi Mr Down. We're sorry to hear that you feel misled by the promotion on our website. The prompt for the discount code does stipulate that the offer only applies to full priced items, as it removes the ten percent amount from the selected item's RRP. As our sale items regularly change, the code can technically be applied to any products, however no effect will show if the item is already discounted by more than ten percent. “The website was easy and straightforward to use. I received an acknowledgment of my order and then an email giving me a time slot for delivery which was spot on. My order was nicely packaged and folded in tissue paper and an outer bag. There was a return bag enclosed too which wasn’t needed. 5+ star rating for ease of ordering, updates and delivery. thank you.”

“I could not fault the service I received...Everything was prompt, efficient and Chris who I dealt with was polite, professional and a credit to the business. I bought online and the whole process was slick and the product delivered the very next day for a small extra charge which was very fair and not like some companies who use it to bump up the retail price! I made a mistake with the sizing and called to facilitate a return and replacement. This was no trouble at all and the replacement was in the post, delivered the very next day. Highly recommend!!!”
