“We had a little mix up with some wellingtons and the staff were extremely helpful, apologetic & dealt with the issue in a professional, yet friendly manner. They sent out a new pair of wellingtons even before we'd sent back the other pair. We were given a free postage slip and it was such an easy process thanks to you guys. Mistakes happen, but this one was dealt with amazingly. Thank you again & I'll definitely be a returning customer ☺️”
