“Fantastic service”

“I was originally going to order the jacket (Barbour Clyde in navy) from the Barbour website at a price of £159.99. Unfortunately, the size I required was no longer available so did a quick google search and stumbled across the Charles Hobson website. The jacket was available in the size I needed but was also £20 cheaper with free postage AND free return if required. Bargain. Order was placed on a Monday night with the item posted out the Tuesday morning and delivery for the Wednesday. Will definitely be buying from Charles Hobson again and the shop is now added to my favourites in bookmark. Thank you.”

“I was happy with the product sent and even how quickly it was posted out. My only problem was with the parcel service uk mail who kept giving me a time slot and a day and then saying they could not deliver as the driver had been delayed this happened twice finally delivered on the Thursday not at the time slot given but at 8pm”

“I'm very pleased with my Barbour Sapper men's jacket. It fits exactly as per the description and becomes more comfortable the more I wear it. My only query is the small, yet stylish Barbour badge. The clasp to hold it to the fabric is rather flimsy and I have nearly lost it a few times, any suggestions? Paul Deighton.”
