“Excellant service. When I rang to enquire about a Barbour jacket Charles couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. A 'breath of fresh air' compared to most companies I have rung who keep you waiting for ages before they answer and when they do they don't know the answers. Very satisfied, especially as I ordered the item following the phone call and it was delivered within 20 hours!”
