“I purchased a Barbour Highland Check shirt with free delivery, this duly arrived. Upon opening the shirt which was in Barbour packaging I found some soiling on the cuff. After an email I received a follow-up phone call from the company and a replacement was duly delivered the next day, with a free returns shipping label to return the original item. I would certainly use Charles Hobson again and I would also recommend them to anyone else :-)”

“Purchased a Steve McQueen Barbour T Shirt for my husband on Tuesday evening after seeing them in an expensive department store during the day. After a little google research Charles Hobson came up with the size and competitive price I was looking for. Ordering was very easy and delighted with the option to pay via my amazon account which saved on the repetitive filling of personal information. Placed the order which arrived on Thursday lunchtime received appropriate updates regarding my order status and was then notified of a one hour delivery slot by courier. Really pleased with the simple process. Had never heard of Charles Hobson before and enjoyed having a look at other items on their website. Would 100% buy from them again.”

“Purchased a Barbour jacket for my husband, offered next day delivery online which was great. The item arrived on time and I was sent emails regarding the delivery on route. Unfortunately it did not fit so returned asking for smaller size. I received a call from a helpful colleague informing me it was not in stock and he would arrange a refund.
