“I ordered a Barbour Jacket for my husband which arrived yesterday , my first purchase from Charles Hobson . The invoice enclosed had a handwritten note attached , from Charles , thanking me for my custom - top class customer service a thing of the past ! .. It was also the best price that I found . !”
