“Had the most delightful, helpful and considerate customer service from Charles Hobson when exchanging an item. Not only were they polite but they were incredibly fast turning around returns within 24 hours so I didn’t have to wait long at all. Extremely competitive prices, in fact the cheapest on the internet for the Barbour coat I bought. I’d certainly shop here again.”
