I received my order within two business days, and my partner is over the moon with his new Barbour Tourer Duke Wax jacket. The first thing he always does ... looks for the pin badge! Thank you again. “Fabulous old fashioned quality service. I ordered a barbour wax jacket. Within less than 24 hours I was informed by email that they had spotted a minor flaw on the one remaining in stock ( and a pic was sent to show me) so I was given the choice of a full refund or wait to see how long a new one might be. I called to make my choice and within the next 24 hours a brand new one was on its way to me and arrived the next day- 3 days after ordering. At all times I had the most exceptional and respctful contact from Charles himself, James and a lady, all of whom were there to make my buying experience perfect and indeed it was. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Excellent service from charles and his staff. I ordered a barbour jacket in size xl via the internet. It arrive within a very reasonable time but, unfortinately barbour had packed a size large inside xl packaging and jacket was too small. To save time and hassle i decided to take a drive to the shop for an exchange and im very glad i did. The staff were very friendly and apologetic. Gave me a coffee while i tried on the replacement jacket and even brought out other sizes for me to try to ensure i got a perfect fit. This is a wonderful Aladins cave type shop which is much larger on the inside than the shop front would suggest. They have a much larger selection of Barbour products than my local Barbour shop has. They also have a huge stock of products from other related quality leading brands. The choice of menswear is much larger than ladies apparel although the ladiess section is by no means shabby! Visiting this store is a must for anyone who enjoys wearing classically styled country clothing.”
