“I saw a Barbour jacket which was reduced online. I phoned the shop to check on sizes which can vary and it was suggested that I ordered 2 sizes and send one back. The jackets arrived very promptly as I paid for express delivery as we were to go away within a few days. Returned the jacket that was too large and will get a refund on its arrival at Charles Hobson. Excellent service and a jacket which is get a lot of use over the years to come.”

“Definitely will order from this company again I bought my husband a barbour wax jacket in Feb for his birthday in April and it was to big. I contacted the company and actually got to spk to someone and without hesitation they exchanged it considering I bought it 2 months earlier. Nice to have customer care experience which is very rear with other companies”

“Purchased Barbour jacket and can not fault the service. The price was excellent and delivery to the Highlands of Scotland was only a couple of days which is one of the best we have seen. Website and charges were very clear. Would recommend and have no hesitation using again.”
