“I’m a happy customer. Discounted apparel, communication and delivery were excellent. I even had a thank you note from the man himself, a rare touch in this day and age. I would use Charles Hobson again for sure. Item bought, Barbour wax cotton jacket. Superb quality.”

“Hi ............the reason i have voted this very poor is that i have been asked to rate the service (Wednesday) but am still waiting for my article to arrive (Thursday) with no notification from anyone with regard when delivery will be.”

“Great experience, helpful and jacket arrived promptly, well packed and in perfect condition. Through no fault of theirs, the Barbour pin badge was broken inside the jacket in its bag. Small pin had snapped from main badge. The company immediately apologised when I contacted them and posted out a replacement with no hassle within two days. Extremely pleased with their service and will definitely use again. Have recommended to my friends and colleagues”
