“Firstly I would like to say I never write reviews but on this occasion I feel that I should. I ordered a Barbour Jacket from yourselves via your website. Two days later it arrived( free postage). Unfortunately the jacket was to big so I returned it (again free postage) I then phoned the company and explained that I was returning the jacket and would like a smaller size and wondered if I would get it by Friday this was on the Wednesday. The jacket was in the post and with me the next day!! BEFORE you had received the retuned jacket. If only all business was like this. Well done and thank you.”
