“A truly brilliant company. I ordered a Barbour jacket from them (having found the company via a Google search). Lowest price I could find and it was delivered the very next day. Having worn the jacket on just a few occasions, there was some stitching that came undone. I contacted the company and a replacement jacket arrived the very next day. I was asked to return my original jacket in the box used for the replacement. What better service could you ask for! Well done Charles Hobson. You lead where I very much hope others may choose to follow!”

The order process was swift and easy and my jacket turned up within a few days with regular updates from them and a 1 hour deliver time from DPD on the day. Superb product and superb service.
