“Unfortunately wrong size was sent but James couldn't be more helpful, sent out a coat next day, as it was a Christmas present for my Dad, and provide a return label for the other coat and asked me to return at my convenience. Great service and customer support, recommend.”

“After a couple of my failed attempts to order online, I rang the store and received the most excellent customer service and help. I was then able to order online and my parcel arrived on time, well packaged with a lovely handwritten note attached thanking me for my order. Friendly, warm, good old fashioned courtesy is so hard to find these days, it was a joy to deal with Charles Hobson. I would not hesitate to use them again and can recommend them highly.
