“Ordered my new Barbour jacket at a massive discount against other online stores. It arrived much faster than expected with a free returns bag supplied, although not required as perfect fit. This is my second Barbour and the quality is fantastic. It's also very warm as my other Barbour is more suited to spring and autumn than these winter months. Thank you Charles Hobson and your team for a great service, I will definitely use and recommend you highly again.”

“I ordered a Barbour jacket at a very competitive price, with free delivery, which was delivered slightly ahead of the date promised, so a good start. Unfortunately the jacket was a little snug, so I called the number on the website to check on availability of the next size up. Although I made the call after business hours, someone (I assume the store Manager or Owner) answered my call and checked the stock for me there and then. I returned the item the next day, in the free returns package enclosed with the original delivery and had the replacement jacket within 5 working days, again with free delivery. All in all I couldn't recommend Charles Hobson highly enough. Thanks for all your help. David Jones”
