“I ordered a Barbour Beadnell jacket as my daughter has one which I love. I I checked by email that the green on your website was the Sage and this was confirmed . My daughter does not live near me and when the jacket arrived I thought it was a different colour but couldn’t be sure. I’ve just met up with her and the one I was sent was not Sage. It’s not a deal breaker as I do like the jacket but I am disappointed”

We have both the olive green and the sage green versions of this jacket available on our website - and did include links to both in our email reply to you - but you did in fact place an order for the Barbour Classic Beadnell Jacket in olive and not the sage version. “Great service. My online purchase of a barbuour didn't fit so I decided to take the lovely drive to their shop in Easingwold to exchange it. It's a great double fronted shop with a large warehorse at the back so they've plenty of stock. The staff are just great. Helpful, honest and friendly. They even found me some swimming shorts from the summer stock that wasn't out on display yet for my winter holiday in the Seychelles. I would advise the online service is great but if you get a chance to, drive out to Easingwold have some lunch there and splash some cash in their shop. You'll not be disappointed.”
