“All I can say is that my experience has been a pleasure, first off, the Barbour jacket was cheaper than everywhere in the UK, secondly, ordering was simple and arrived when it was supposed to, but here's the best bit, it was too small for my son, it was like 3 days before Christmas and he really wanted it, my wife phoned up and explained the situation, a larger jacket arrived on Christmas eve”
