“Fantastic customer service. I contacted the company to check delivery to NI- the lady was extremely helpful and added that warm personal touch. I even got a personalised note in my order. I could have purchased this item cheaper elsewhere but I would happily pay more for this kind of service which is rare these days. I will definitely be a returning customer and have already told so many of my friends and family about this fab company- no wonder they have been a successful business for over 40 years. “Excellent product, service and price from Charles Hobson Menswear. They were able to sell me a Barbour fleece jacket that others charged more for, or had run out of stock. Only room for improvement, and to place them above others is to either speed up delivery, or leave as is with Royal Mail but Free! Do NOT try to cut costs with Hermes/EVRI.”
