“I liked being able to speak directly to staff on the shop floor who were knowlegeble, polite and very helpful. Disappoited I could not order and pay over the phone but had to order on line.”

“Bought a coat online which I really liked from Charles Hobson - unfortunately it had a manufacturers fault and I needed to exchange it . The team at Charles Hobson were really responsive and sent a new one from their in-store stock straight away even before I had returned the faulty one. Excellent service and excellent price! v happy.”
