“The Company dispatched the wrong item in error and when contacted were absolutely brilliant, the best customer service experience I have had in years. The replacement product was received the following day along with a returns bag fully paid for the original garment. The staff at Charles Hobson couldn’t do enough to help. “I ordered a Barbour coat on Saturday. The coat was delivered to a store location on the following Wednesday which I thought was very quick. The coat was excellent, unfortunately it was a little too large so I have sent it back to exchange for the size below. There was a bag in the package with the return address on so was easy to package up. There was a form to fill in with resin for the return and if I wanted a refund or an exchange. All very helpful. I’ve sent the package back today and I look forward to receiving the smaller size coat. Great experience so far, just wished I’d ordered the right size as the coat was exactly what I wanted! Thanks”
