“Really pleased with the quality selection and ease of ordering from Charles Hobson. The item I wanted was even discounted. It arrived well-packaged and came with a returns form and returns bag just in case. Very pleased with this as sizing is difficult to pinpoint during these COVID times. Extremely pleased with product and happy to order from Charles Hobson again in the future or even browse the store if I ever visit the area.”

They sent me pre-paid return packaging and straight away contacted Loake to source another pair, honouring the sale price. Throughout, their communication was excellent, their attention to detail was impressive, and they could not have been more helpful. I now have a great pair of new Loakes. “After browsing the internet looking for a particular Barbour jacket, I came across Charles Hobson. Not only was they the most competitive priced there 5 star reviews was another reason I chose to purchase from. Knowing Barbour jackets normally run a little bit small I ordered XL, it arrived next day but unfortunately was too big. I returned in exchange for L, this process was easily done and extremely quick. Extremely happy with the level of service I received and will be sure to return for future purchases. Many thanks!”
