“I have not yet received parcel , you use DPD as your courier service , due to only receiving notification 2 hours before and was out , had notification that it had been dropped off at a local collection point which wasn’t that local to me ,received pass to go and collect , having gone to pick up told parcel is not there , I have no idea we’re my parcel is me DPD has no contact number or email to make contact to find out .”
