“Order was to come on the Friday 28 but didn’t come. It did not come on Saturday 29 .Monday morning and still no news from DPD about my coat.”

“Ordered online. Was worried about authenticity. No need with Charles Hobson. Spoke about order over phone first as worried if would make Christmas delivery. I paid extra to ensure on time as left so late. Ordering, tracking and delivery service is outstanding, best I've experienced online. HIghly informative, and the order was with me next day. “I ordered a cost for my husband, the speed of delivery was exceptional. Unfortunately the jacket was too small and no bigger size available. It was so easy to return though in the bag provided, and the refund as processed by the staff immediately when they received the jacket back, very different from most high street chains. I would definitely use again!”
