“I can't speak highly enough about the responsiveness and level of customer service I've just received from CHM. Having ordered a Barbour jacket, delivery was swift, but unfortunately there was a fault with the jacket. I emailed with details and got an immediate response, and a replacement jacket sent straight away along with free returns packaging for the faulty jacket. I couldn't have asked for more.”

“I placed an order with Charles Hobson for a Barbour jacket, mostly because the price was excellent but also because of good reviews. The jacket arrived promptly and was well packaged. Unfortunately, the jacket didn't fit so had to be returned, but I was mightily impressed by how quickly the return & refund were processed. I won't hesitate to use this company again because of their excellent service.”
