“We had a little mix up with some wellingtons and the staff were extremely helpful, apologetic & dealt with the issue in a professional, yet friendly manner. They sent out a new pair of wellingtons even before we'd sent back the other pair. We were given a free postage slip and it was such an easy process thanks to you guys. Mistakes happen, but this one was dealt with amazingly. Thank you again & I'll definitely be a returning customer ☺️”

“I asked for these to be delivered specifically on a Monday after the Wednesday I ordered them. That was ignored and my shoes sat on my front doorstep for 3 days, in poor weather.”

“Buying a new pair of shoes is a really big deal for me, I find it tough to justify spending money on myself and any purchase always comes with a lot of research and thinking about. I tried on a couple of pairs of shoes on the high street and found a pair of shoes I felt comfortable in. But when it came to getting them in my size I really struggled. I did a bit of searching online and found Charles Hobson had the shoes in my size and at a much reduced price than I'd found them elsewhere. After putting in my order I gave the shop a quick call and found the overall level of service to be excellent and really genuine. My shoes were dispatched the same day and arrived with me in a couple of short days. Really chuffed with the quality of my new shoes, but even more thankful for the great service. It's really nice to find local businesses still offering a personal service, where it feels like your purchase matters. Many thanks :)”
