“Not seeing the item when you buy online its difficult to know if the item your buying is perfect for you i recently bought a pair of shoes but they were not quite right when they arrived i was disappointed that I had to foot the bill to return these to them at considerable cost not a great experience and cost me money just to try them on be aware of that when you purchase from this site.”

Hi Michael. This is most disappointing to receive such a negative review for something that is made very clear in our terms and conditions. We are a very small, independent business, and we simply could not afford to offer a free returns service so that customers can purchase and return products entirely at our expense just to be able to try them on. As you can imagine, this would likely lead to an influx of orders at an extremely high returns rate, which we would not be able to absorb the financial burden of. We are doing our best to compete in a market where global chains are dominating, and it is extremely upsetting to receive the lowest possible review score for an element of our online store that is made quite plain to potential customers well before they make a purchase.
