“Unfortunately, I had to return the boots I ordered as the colour was not quite as I expected, but this was no fault at all of Charles Hobson. I found the ordering process, correspondence and delivery very efficient, keeping me up to date at all times. The return process was simple with all the required paperwork enclosed and I was refunded very quickly. Overall, an absolute pleasure to deal with the company, do not hesitate to use them”
