“I purchased a Barbour coat from Barbour direct, it took 3 weeks to arrive and they sent the wrong size. I couldn't get a replacement either so had to return it. I found the same coat on Charles Hobson cheaper and got it delivered within 2 days during Christmas week! Excellent communications throughout. I will certainly be using CH again! Superb.”
