“Charles Hobson was the cheapest online retailer I could find at the time for the jacket I wanted, Barbour Sapper. The order was handled quickly and I received the jacket on time. Unfortunately the size was too small. I used the free returns bag provided and had teh replacement returned within a week. Customer services were polite and prompt when I requested an update. Overall I was very pleased.”
