“Was kept updated throughout the purchase process and delivered as expected next day. Initially I thought it could not be genuine Barbour based on the price difference between Charles Hobson and John Lewis, trust me it is as genuine as it gets. Very please with the service and the product, medium size fits me perfectly.”

“The product I ordered is superb, no complaints about the service your company provided, as regards to Dpd thats different . They texted me to say they were delivering between 0945 and 1045, I was not there but my wife was. I then received a text saying that it had been delivered and was signed by Brian ? I phoned my wife to see if she had received it , no, it hadn't come. I contacted Dpd which wasn't easy and was told that it had been delivered to my address and had been signed for. I explained that we had not received it , Dpd then told me it had been left with neighbours , there was no card left in the door, now either it was delivered to me or not what is it? . I asked for an explanation, he said he would ring the driver and see what had happened. The driver said he had delivered it to No3 and it had been signed for , I am No 2 which in our close we have one area of even numbers and one area odd numbers so the No 3 location was at the other end of the close. My wife went down to this house and they somewhat reluctantly gave her the parcel. I think this is very poor service from yours couriers , I wonder how many times this happens. regards”

“Arrived fast enough bigger than expected so needed to return at the cost of £11 to myself The fact I am waiting on a smaller one I feel return should’ve been free”

“Really impressed with the service by Charles Hobson’s. Ordered a Barbour coat from their site on Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday. Quicker than the eta quoted. Excellent price too. Best deal in the web. Will certainly be shopping with them again. 100% excellent service.”
