“He who must be obeyed is in between sizes ordered a medium, he didn't want that when he tried it on he wanted a small. I have been in contact with the company to exchange it, I must say, the best customer service I have ever experienced. I would not hesitate shop with this company again.”

“I ordered the Barbour Powell Quilted Jacket in Navy from Charles Hobson’s. The jacket arrived very quickly. I am hoping the jacket will keep its good looks and keep me warm - time will tell. The only current issue I have is the high cost charged for postage. I missed this when checking costs 🙁”

So resigned myself to "ordering online" This worked faultlessly (although come to think of it, the Barbour Jacket, could have come from anywhere - a service Barbour offer smaller retailers? - hence NO telephone orders?)”

After my order had been processed, I received an email to keep me updated as to when my item was due to be delivered. When my package arrived there was a returns form and bag within to use in case the item was not to my satisfaction and the returns form and bag was prepaid. My item was to my complete satisfaction and I was very impressed with the transaction of my order overall.”
