“Excellent customer service and knowledge of items for sale, I already own a barbour jacket one sized as S, M, L and wanted another that was sized in inches, I was able to call and advised which size would best suit my needs, like for like, spot on advice. I was also able to add to my order after check out and the additional postage was refunded as all items were then sent as one. Received items within 22hrs from ordering. “Would have give it 5 but paid for quicker postage and not got it. I’m 5’9” slim 11stone dead, bout medium fits like a glove, probably could get a liner in for added warmth come winter, we’ll see”

Next working day means you would receive your jacket on Monday, which you did so although we understand your expectation was not met we did meet our obligation.
