“Sadly my jacket was defective in that the zipped breast pocket was in fact a cavernous hole with out any bottom until you reached with you entire arm to the hem of the garment. However, given this apparently rare occurrence the service I received was exemplary. I called by phone, explained the problem, received an apology, was offered a new coat by return without question; however I asked for a refund. This was given on the spot without receiving the faulty garment back. I received a postage paid envelope to return the garment the next day (this morning). Despite this unfortunate situation, I am hugely impressed with the service I received, too rare still I have to say in the UK - though we are getting better - and would recommend Charles Hobson to anyone.”
