“I ordered the Women's Beadnell Polarquilt Jacket in Green, Size 10, and paid for next day delivery. It arrived on time, in pristine condition. The jacket was fabulous, but unfortunately a size too big, and so I had to return it. The service was so good I would have been delighted if I could have exchanged it for the size 8, but unfortunately they had sold out in Green. They quickly refunded me, and I most certainly hope to shop with them in the future. Excellent service.”

“Outstanding Service. Got a Barbour Jacket (more of the Jacket later) as a Xmas present from one of the boys, their view of me must must a few years out of date as it was slightly small. So after Xmas I rang the shop, excellent friendly service and advice. I ordered another at the required size. Result a new (larger) jacket in the post and on my doorstep within days. Old jacket returned in the post. No on knew, well until the really prompt refund on the original purchase appeared in his bank account (perhaps this was the plan all along). The jacket, a Barbour Prestbury wax jacket, not much to be said really the normal high quality from Barbour and a nice variation on the normal Barbour theme. Its already been christened in some heavy rain. Charles Hobson Menswear, what I would call a proper old fashioned shop, only it's not old fashioned as its all over the internet and extended customer service stuff. I would definitely purchase from them again”

“Without any doubt, the most professional outfitters I have ever come across! I ordered a Barbour Duke jacket which arrived within two days, but turned out to be a little too small . The item was sent back in the supplied self addressed bag in exchange for a size larger, which again arrived within two days.
