“Had ordered a Barbour jacket but was too small. Re ordered next size and returned first ordered, When I phoned they were more than helpful and refund was paid within a couple of days. Will definitely order in the future”

“Genuinely first class. The deal I found for my beloved Barbour jacket just seemed too good to be true. So, I called them just to check the shop/deal actually existed. To my delight, the person I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave great advice on my proposed purchase. I ordered on a Friday and my jacket arrived free of delivery charges on Monday morning. Great product, great deal, great service. Highly recommended. Will definitely buy from here again. Thank you.”

“Can't fault them! Had a query on the size of a Barbour coat, spoke to a really helpful chap who advised on the size, ordered at 2pm on standard delivery, it turned up at 12 the following day and it fits really well. Plus it was 30 percent cheaper than others, would definitely recommend.”
