“I purchased a Barbour Sprocket Leather Jacket. The style did not suit and was returned. Charles Hobson dealt with this quickly and returns were really easy. Thanks Charles Hobson would definitely buy from you again.”

“Initially sent the wrong jacket but after a quick phone call to Charles it was sorted straight away and the correct jacket arrived a day later. Excellent customer service as they let me keep the first jacket they sent until the other one arrived and then asked me to send it back to them via free post at my convenience. I would have no hesitation in ordering something from them again. Very happy with my Barbour wax jacket.”
