“I ordered a Barbour jacket which turned up the following day. I thought it was the wrong colour but when I phoned Charles Hobson they were happy to exchange or refund. I paid via Amazon pay. The price for the jacket was cheaper than Barbour wanted at their shop. No complaints whatsoever”

“After doing a bit of research online, I found the Barbour coat I wanted at a very competitive price on the Charles Hobson website. Having never used them before I looked at previous customer reviews before I purchased anything. Reviews were very positive. I purchased the coat. It arrived with free next day delivery, with emails sent by the company prior to advise of the delivery time. Faultless service, and I love the coat. Will use again for sure.”

“Service was prompt, prices were the best I could find and the product is great. I was keen to order from someone with a physical shop, and was pleased to find these guys were local (Yorkshire). I won’t be returning the product but they sent a preprinted label/bag in case I did want to return. Seems they go the extra mile. Can’t recommend enough.”
