“I ordered a Barbour Jacket it came the next day Great service. The jacket was not the same colour as in the Barbour catalog (Barbours fault) I was offered a refund and free postage but said I would keep the jacket. I received a message and a discount that I hadn’t asked for the same day Thanks Fantastic service *****”

“I know I should have looked more closely, but having to pay for delivery AND returns! That is poor. The product was fine, just didn't fit. DPD were dreadful: not delivered as they couldn't find address, although they have delivered here before on many occasions. Had to ask for delivery to local Millets for pick-up. Altogether an experience to forget.”

“Ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday so no complaints with ordering and delivery. Competitive prices as well so no complaints there either. Returns form and return envelope supplied- a nice touch, not that I needed to use it! All in all I was impressed with the service and will definitely use again!”

The jacket itself was everything you would expect from barbour but at a very competitive price. I was kept updated throughout the processing/delivery period.
