“Very disappointed. I purchased a size 5 /38 of the white roselea snaffle mocasin. I am a standard size 5 fitting but this shoe was at least a 6 in length and very wide. There is at least 3/4quarters of an inch from my big toe to the end of the shoe. See attached picture. I can only assume it is a seconds. Shame as shoe very nice. I am really annoyed as I will be left with the cost of sending back the shoe. I have never had a problem like this before. Even with an insole in it is still far too big. Needless to say I wont be shopping here again.”

“Very efficient service. Ordered shoes in store which came quickly. Unfortunately, the fixed strap on the left foot is slightly longer than on the right causing the strap to gape. Have been worn so can't return. Thinking of asking local shop to arrange alteration by supplier. Your advice would be appreciated.”

“These are a lovely shoe and perfect for the summer. The velcro adjustments across the top of the foot and at the ankle are great for hot summer days when your feet may swell. Highly recommend”
