“Great selection of footwear and I always find something I like. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a problem with boots I bought recently and the shop arranged a replacement pair to be delivered to my home address. I highly recommend the shop and staff at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.”

“I tried to leave a 1-star review but it gets deleted - that’s why their score is 4.75! Turns out you can only leave a 4 or 5* review. Disappointed - have been a customer for many years and ordered 3 pairs of shoes 3 weeks ago. First pair were cancelled as no longer in stock, 2nd pair left out in the rain by DPD 10days late and 3rd pair arrived today but only after I chased up. Not what I was expecting.”

“Boots arrived in good condition and well packed. I have always been a 4.5 in Gabor and so was confident these would be suitable. Sizing in terms of length fine, but they have an almond shaped toe and I found them too narrow, which was surprising as I normally don’t have a problem with this.”

“The range isn't huge but I actually found three pairs of boots. Customer service excellent - brought loads of pairs out for me and couldn't have been more helpful. All this while helping someone else, as well. One pair then wasn't available in my size and they ordered them from the warehouse and they arrived within two days. I'll definitely be popping in again soon - they have a good loyalty scheme as well.”
