“I had to return a pair of Gabor boots which had broken. Within a couple of days I got an email to say that they had been received and received a credit to my account at Charles Clinkards. I ordered another pair of boots to replace them, but they were too wide. I returned them and again within a couple of days I received a re-credit. Great communication throughout. I just need to choose a replacement again.”
