“Handbag which is a Birthday present for my Wife arrived just right for my Wife's Birthday She is very pleased and satisfied with the bag and when we phoned to arrange a delayed shipping because we were away the call assistant arranged this and the carrier kept us informed of the progress of the delivery.”

“I find the staff in Cheltenham very helpful. The idea of returning a pair of shoes after 365 days not a good in my view. Surely after a few weeks you would know if they were suitable.”

“Ordered a bag, however they sent the wrong colour. The did pay for the return & gave me a full refund. Extremely helpful when I emailed them, so there customer service is brilliant. Just a shame they sent the wrong item in the first place.”

“Your staff were excellent in store Chichester,.delivery was five days the shoes arrived today I was not in so the carrier’s just have throne the shoes over my back garden wall no message in my front door it was only I needed to empty the bins I found them .Paying over £80 I was not pleased with this service”

“I have shopped on line and in person with Charles CLINKARD for many years buying shoes both for myself and family I received excellent service in the Nottingham store when I returned an on line purchase which was not a good fit and was helped to find an alternative I do not hesitate to recommend Charles Clinkcard to family and friends”
