Ordered a pair of boots and paid for express delivery Unfortunately they didn’t fit !! I went to shop and they re ordered free delivery to the shop which I was not aware of!!! Therefore I totally wasted £6 am so annoyed !

The Next day payment is a choice for the customer to have a speedy delivery, we do offer a free delivery service to home, a different delivery address of your choice or into store, all of these options are available on our website. If you wanted a next day delivery into store, then you would also need to pay the extra postage as we need to ensure that your order is processed as a priority and sent out with a next day delivery service. All orders are available to be delivered into store but it is up to 5 working days to dispatch with our free delivery service so we could not guarantee that they would be there any quicker than if they were ordered for delivery to home. Good range of footwear. However I was sent incorrect size on one order and incorrect colour on another. Rather annoying when you have to pay for returns.

Thank you for your review. I am extremely sorry to hear that you have not received the items that you were expecting. We do ask customers to pay for returns if they have ordered an item and they dont like it, or it doesnt fit. This enables customers to order multiple items with a free delviery and return those that they do not wish to keep. However, if you have recieved an item and it is not what you ordered we would not expect a customer to have to pay to return this. Very disappointed in returns service. The shoes we ordered were a very small 9. As we have no Charles clinkard near us, we weren’t sure of the sizing. We shall not be ordering from you again, unless returns become free.

Free postage label. Thanks. Quick refund. Very good. Negative: confusing product description- more details about felt ( combi felt, etc); sole- man made rubber NOT fabric as you put Fabric is assossiated as textile/cloth.

Easy ordering, free delivery. Item arrived within expected time frame. There were clear notifications of the expected delivery date/time of the item and the opportunity to leave in a safe place.

Ordered trainers for my granddaughter for her birthday, the website said they would be delivered by the first of September but nearer the date I received an email to say they would be delivered on the 3rd so they were not here in time for her birthday. So for that reason alone I would not order again from this site. When they did come they were in perfect condition and granddaughter was chuffed to bits with them.

Our dispatch time is within 5 working days, so you should have your order within 6 working days. It is usually sooner than this when we get orders out. We do usually offer an express delivery for £2.99 but during busy periods like these dates, when it is the end of sale and also back to school, we have to remove it as our dispatch is so busy, we try to get everything out as quickly as possible. You sold me the goods that I wanted for the price shown on your website. Interestingly you don't ask why I have only scored you as "acceptable". My reason for this is the delivery company that you used (Royal Mail). I had put a delivery instruction of leaving the goods with a neighbour who is always in, but Royal Mail put a card through my door saying that I had to go to the local sorting office within a certain time frame to claim the item. I had gone on holiday but came back before the deadline. If I hadn't the goods would have been returned to you apparently. Performance of Royal Mail? One star.

I was sent the Barbour loafers but you could tell the right shoe was a display shoe and had been on display a while. When I compared it to the left the right one at the back was worn down considerably possobly due to people trying it on often.

Item received as described, however delivery time was poor and unfortunately shoes have proved uncomfortable since I have worn them so therefore unable to return.

Hello, Thankyou for your review. Our standard delivery which is free of charge is dispatched within 2-5 working days. There is an option for Next Day delivery on some items however the item would need to be available in our warehouse to be able to process this. When purchasing a new brand of shoes, we recommend trying them around the home first for a number of days to establish if they are suitable. We offer 35 days to return an item unworn for a refund/exchange however would be unable to accept back shoes which have been used. If we can offer further assistance do not hesitate to contact us. Disappointed with my order delivered by post. It had the wrong colour handbag in. Had to do a 50 mile round trip to exchange. Couldn't wait for posting back and new one posting to me. I did spend a lot of money, but no offer of a voucher!

My daughter was measured 8.5, the lady try some shoes on and said they fit I will put them behind the till, I later checked these shoes and they were a 8. Had I not questioned we would have bought the wrong size.

Paid for gift wrap as for a birthday present for friend. It came unwrapped and in a battered box . Although I phoned and got my £2.99 refunded. It has put me off ordering again.

The Gabor shoes are lovely. They arrived quickly, were well packed and are a good fit. However the Van Dal shoes had a label saying 'display' on them, one shoe had clearly been tried on a few times and both were tight despite being classed as a wide fit,
