Hi Maria, it's very disappointing to hear that you have not managed to recruit through CharityJob, so I have asked your account manager to contact you to discuss this. Best wishes, Beverley

Easy to create a new job and add on line, great phone support if you have questions, and we had a good response from candidates.

Beverley Devine was really helpful in supporting me as a recruiter. The best thing was that I was able to speak to a real person and not be given a list of phone options or asked to fill in a form on email. Contacting Charity Job by telephone was easy to do and easy to locate the number on the website.

Easy enough to post but poor number and quality of candidates didn't justify the cost

Auto-enrolment to receive marketing emails is a requirement of creating an account with CharityJob... This is very, very poor practice. Does this even meet GDPR compliance!? If I want marketing emails I should be able to select/deselect them as I create the account and not be forced to accept receiving them until I've first setup an account, then been bombarded with 💩, which subsequently prompts me to go on the hunt for how to turn these d4mn things off. I've got an idea... let's bombard our clients with junk emails they don't want. Emails that will get in the way of them seeing when people have actually applied for jobs. What a great idea. NOT. Feedback was given and the company seemed non-fussed by this. Also the incessant up-sell to cross promote your advert to other sites - surely I am paying this site enough to host and promote the job. Or are CharityJob suggesting their service/reach is so poor I also need to look elsewhere to find candidates. The mind boggles. It's all about short term wins though hey, and the old school marketing and sales mindset. Sad, sad times.

Hi Anonymous. Thanks for raising your concerns. I know you spoke with one of our Account Managers regarding this issue & after listening to the call, I thought the matter had been dealt with to your satisfaction. I'd love to talk to you further about it and have left a message with my direct line asking you to call me. I do hope to hear from you soon. Thanks. Martin Sheldon ( Sales Director)
