Dear Andy, I can see that you did receive a number of clicks on the apply button, but as candidates were redirected to your website to complete their application, we are unable to track the completed number. “as a recruiter, I found it too clunky to manage, next time i'd just have link to our website, with all of our application forms on it. I understand Charity Jobs tries to push quick apply which was my mistake. If you are happy to receive applicants cv only, then its fine, anything else is an issue. Lots of applicants struggled uploading their completed documents also.”
