site easy to use but we only had 2 enquiries from this advert whilst we had many more from other sites we advertised on. Not cost effective for us

It’s always very disappointing to hear that an ad has not performed as well as the recruiter had expected, and that you did not manage to eventually recruit via CharityJob. I understand your CharityJob Account Manager, Jules Keene did reach out to you on the 15th January just after your ad was posted, to offer advice on how to maximise your ads performance by potentially using one of more superior job packages, but I have been advised you were happy to proceed with advertising your vacancy on our Basic job package.
