We use Charity jobs dashboard function to manage all of our recruitment cycles - it hugely reduces the admin in the process and enables more collaborative input to the hiring process.

I have used Charity Job for over a year now and everything so far has worked well for our organisation. I have found our Account Manager Matthew very helpful and he delivered an excellent customer service when I needed his help.

Charity job made an error in the closing date of the job. I'd done the sift as I thought the application period had closed then got more applications in over the weekend and had to reopen it. This has affected the timescales for our process and caused us extra admin, as well as making us not look organised to applicants

It is very disappointing to hear that you did manage to recruit through CharityJob on this occasion, but I understand Matthew Sales, your CharityJob Account Manager has been in touch to discuss what is currently a very challenging job market across all sectors, and especially so across both the retail and hospitality sectors. As all recruiter accounts are assigned an Account Manager and as we pride ourselves on collaborative working, we would always advise recruiters to contact us first before posting their ad so that we are able to offer the best advice on how to optimise its performance and are also able at that point to schedule follow up contact during its live cycle. First time I have used Charity Jobs to advertise a vacancy and I must say our Account Manager Stuart Thompson could not have been more helpful. He is extremely, professional, friendly, pro-active and dealt with all queries immediately.
