Where did your last hire come from? We haven't hired anyone yet
easy to use and we saw a noticeable increase in the number of candidates compared to when we didn't use charity jobs

It takes a little bit of getting used to but works very well once you get the hang of it. It is worth persevering with the intial set up. And when you have an account posting new job ads is quick and simple.

Is there anything that we can do to improve your experience of using CharityJob? 1. Increase awareness of Charity Jobs amongst job seekers. 2. Make it easier to manage multiple roles being advertised at once. 3. Make it easier to access applications once the deadline had closed.

We are a medium-sized UK based charity and we post all of our roles on Charity Job. We get an excellent response rate from using the site and it is easy to navigate and use. Our account manager. Matthew, is extremely helpful, always quick to respond, and approachable.

We are a small charity posting an ad for the first time. Our account manager, Judith, couldn't have been more helpful in providing advice and handholding us through the process. We were surprised and delighted at such a genuinely client focused service!

Extremely helpful over the phone and setting up our job posting. Understandable that there is a fee associated with it, unfortunately, was alot more than us a small charity could really afford and came out of personal accounts instead. Really appreciate the space and support though!

Disappointing response for such an expensive service. I appreciate its probably not expensive for larger charities, but we are a small charity, and can't afford to use the enhanced functions. So our advert I guess ends up rather hidden. Unlikely to use again unless the price structure changes.
