I'm new to this, and it was good to talk directly to a representative who was very informative and very helpful. The emailed information was comprehensive and easy to understand.

Dear Christine, Thank you for taking the time to email us with your feedback, it’s greatly appreciated! I have been informed Mathew Warrington, your CharityJob Account Manager has been in contact with you to discuss the potential reasons for your ad’s underperformance. I believe the ad was only live for a short period (2 weeks) compared to the normal 30 days which would have an impact on the number of applications received, and that the job title could have been more generic to ensure it pulled back in relevant candidate search results. I understand your ad did receive a good number of clicks on apply, but candidates were asked to contact you via email or phone to obtain an application pack, so this may have also affected the number of candidates willing to proceed with the application process. Very useful website, providing job advertisements but also advice on how to get a job and courses that are beneficial for career progression. Very prompt to reply when asked a question.

Our Account Manager, Jack Golding, was extremely friendly and helpful, with several ideas on how to improve the response to our job advert. It was clear that he knows his job (inside out) and that he has a passion for recruitment.

I have been advised Judith Jones; your assigned CharityJob Account Manager has been in contact with you to discuss the applications you received for your recent vacancy advertised with us. I understand the number of applications received was good, but the candidates who did apply were overly academically qualified and didn’t have the practical skills that the role required, so if you were to re-advertise your vacancy with us, Judith has advised to change the job title, add relevant screening questions and update the ad description and JD, all of which would reflect and focus on the more practical aspects of the role.
